What are the payment methods?

Following are the payment methods;

Cash on Delivery

Pay once you received the parcel. Cash on delivery is not free and customer has to pay Rs. 150 for all cash on delivery orders.

 

Online Bank Transfer

There are two bank options available to our customers.

What are the standard shipping charges?

Cash on Delivery:

  • We deliver all order of Rs.1000 and above free of shipping charges in Multan only.
  • For orders less than value Rs. 1000 we charge Rs. 150 as standard shipping charges.
  • We charge Rs 150 as standard shipping charges for delivering orders outside Multan 

 

Bank Transfer and Easy Paisa:

  • For all Pre Paid orders there are NO SHIPPING CHARGES across Pakistan.

 

How to cancel your order?

You can cancel your order if it is stil in process and has not been dispatched. You can cancel your order by visiting your dashboard in your account at chapter2.pk. Or you can email us, and request us to cancel your order, for this we need Order Number.

 

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only if: (i) the disputed item was not on your order (ii) had a production imperfection. All such items must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of your order for a refund/replacement claim and must be sent to us in their original packing within 3 working days. Any claims that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.

Replacements / Refunds

You reserve the right to demand replacement/refund for incorrect item(s). If you choose a replacement, we will deliver such item(s) free of charge. However, if you choose to claim a refund, we will offer you a refund method and will refund the amount in question within 15-30 days.
